2015 ANNUAL MEETING
Greeley, Colo.—The National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) held its annual meeting on May 8, 2015, in New Orleans, Louisiana.State delegates re-elected Dr. Paul Morin (Maine) as District III Director and Dr. Norman Ouzts, Jr., (South Carolina) as District V Director.
Three other district directors continue their terms on the NBCE board.They are Dr. Daniel Côté (Oregon) in District I, Dr. Donna Craft (Michigan) in District II, and Dr. Ronald Tripp, Jr., (Oklahoma) in District IV.District directors are elected to three-year terms.
The board also has four at-large positions, two of which were open for election in 2015.Dr. LeRoy Otto (Minnesota) was elected and Dr. Salvatore LaRusso (Florida) was re-elected. Each will serve a two-year term in that position. Dr. Steven Conway (Wisconsin), Dr. H. W. (Hank) Hulteen (South Carolina) will continue their terms as at-large directors.
The Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards also fills two NBCE board positions for one-year terms. This year, FCLB President Dr. Farrel Grossman (South Carolina) was re-appointed and FCLB Vice President Dr. Margaret Colucci (Nevada) was appointed to the NBCE Board.
Once the 11-member board was complete, officers were chosen: Dr. Donna Craft (Michigan) was re-elected president, Dr. Paul Morin (Maine) was re-elected vice president, Dr. Steven Conway (Wisconsin) was re-elected secretary, and Dr. Salvatore D. LaRusso (Florida) was re-elected treasurer. These four officers make up the Executive Committee of the NBCE.

Established in 1963, the NBCE develops, administers and scores legally defensible, standardized written and practical examinations for candidates seeking chiropractic licensure throughout the United States and in several foreign countries.
